Mean square value = $ \frac{\mathrm{kT}}{\mathrm C} $

Standard deviation = $ \sqrt{\mathrm{mean}\;\mathrm{square}\;\mathrm{value}}=\sqrt{\frac{\mathrm{kT}}{\mathrm C}} $
